Zoe has studied Level 4 Diploma in Therapeutic Counselling (Person Centered Model), and has gained two years experience with Cruse as a bereavement support worker, and continues to offer therapy associated with loss.
She offer a non judgemental, warm empathic space in which to help the client explore thoughts, worries feelings, memories and anxieties. She specialises in putting people at ease, her unique style offers to enable them to navigate the complexities of their emotions with the aim of achieving clarity and enabling positive change to occur.
Counselling has inspired her to reflect on her own life and to support others to do the same, she believes the adjustments brought about from therapy can be profoundly life changing. Zoe has more recently enhanced her already natural skills and trained to offer counselling for problems associated with gambling addiction.
