Sheila Ince is a qualified Relate trained counsellor, a registered member of the British Association of Counselling Practitioners and the Association of Family Therapists. She holds a diploma in Couple Counselling and a Masters degree in Relationship Therapy. She works with couples and families who are experiencing difficulties with their relationships and feel that they need help to decide how to move forward. In addition, she has experience of working with individuals both through her counselling work and in the workplace, dealing with issues such as anxiety, low self-esteem, stress, addiction and loss.
Sheila uses an integrative theoretical model which enables her to adapt her approach and find the one which is most suitable for each particular case.
Her priority is to establish a good rapport with all clients. She provides a safe, empathic, non-judgemental environment where she can help clients to explore ways to resolve their issues and take back control of their lives.
